Just 5 kilometers from Oia, Baxedes, on the northwestern tip of the island, has a stunning black sand beach to discover and you can also try the island's wines nearby. Coming from Thira, just before entering Oia on your right, you will see the sign "Wine Roads". You have to go down a winding road towards Foinikia for 2 or 3 km before you reach the estate created by the Sigalas family in 1991. It is here that the world famous Sigalas wines are produced, with the greatest respect for tradition, on 24 hectares of vineyards. You will be able to dine there until 21h.
