For our trekking on Rinjani you wanted to leave from Sembalun and arrive at Senaru with the possibility to leave our business to reduce our bags. Back in France, I read many bad comments on this agency while very happened very well for us. When we trekking through many hikers mécontants with other agencies: guide which 4:00 wakes up in the morning instead of 2:00 and climb mount cancelled because too late, some groups did not have eat enough or drinking,... With Hardy we did not have any of these annoyance.
