If you want to continue, you need to be in excellent physical condition, have good walking shoes and be motivated. Due to the rainy season, it is impossible to climb from January to March. The start is from Senaru, as the routes from the east and south are considered more hazardous. Generally, the ascent is scheduled over three days.
