In the heart of the Caravelle peninsula, the distillery has been established for five generations (1830, to be exact), but has been inactive for several years, thanks to an ambitious project led by Jean-Pascal and Gaëlle Hardy. A rooftop overlooking the old stone winery offers a breathtaking view of the distillery, the sea, îlet Tartane and plage de la Brèche, in an exceptional setting in the heart of the Caravelle Nature Reserve. The boutique offers both white and aged rums, as well as a range of local sweet and savoury products.

Boutique tres sympa avec de supers idées cadeaux et excellent accueil. Rooftop paisible. Apaisant. Bien agencé. Jolie vue. Tapas delicieux. Seul bémol, pas assez de choix ds les boissons sans alcool.

Super dégustation des 5 rhums, tous différents et très bons, qui a commencée avec un blanc qui m'a donné des frissons et avec un accueil des plus charmants lors duquel on nous a raconté l'histoire de cette distillerie familiale de 10ha sur la presqu'île.
Un rooftop tout neuf pour déguster des cocktails avec une vue magnifique????
Nous repartons avec en bouche le rhum XO, du velours????
