With their experience in seasonal rentals, they founded this human-sized reservation centre whose main characteristic is to group together private individuals, owners of high quality properties. The products range from studios, apartments, bungalows to luxury villas. The common denominator? A drastic selection of properties and a close relationship with the owners. The agency works under a travel agency licence with a financial guarantee. The site presents all the accommodation with photos and detailed descriptions. Payment is made online in a secure manner. The little "plus" of the agency? The wise advice of the founders who know Martinique like the back of their hand! They are a mine of good advice and tourist information on the island. La vue sur la plage de tartane est splendide. Nous reviendrons très vite.
Key issues included:
Bathroom doors that wouldn’t lock and very limited hot water, making it difficult (if not impossible) for our kids to shower.
Uncomfortable sleeping arrangements, including decorative pillows used for sleeping and moldy mattresses.
High levels of humidity, mold, and stained furniture. The living room couch was missing slats, and one bedroom door to the outside wasn’t sealed, allowing insects to enter.
Insufficient basic necessities, including cutlery, cleaning tools, and towels.
The pool area was unsecured, with a door that a small child could easily open.
There were recurring pest issues, including cockroaches and mosquitoes, and we later confirmed the presence of bed bugs after returning home due to severe bites.
Based on this experience, we cannot recommend this property or the agency managing it.
