In the sublime setting of one of Malaysia's most beautiful gardens, the foundations of several 10th century Hindu and Buddhist temples have been reconstructed. In the heart of a thick jungle, a stream makes its fresh lapping sound, birds chirp, butterflies fly in the scent of conifers. Batu Pahat Hill offers a superb view of the plain. The museum exhibits fragments of statues, stones from temples and remarkable Buddha heads.
