The white and blue residence, which houses this elegant restaurant, is double of a separate building, with the bay and terrace bordering the quiet and green Marne. The kitchen is prepared as a virtuoso of exquisite meat, fish and vegetables. The roast of calf to the cream is unforgettable, as is the Baron of roasted piglet, or tournedos Rossini to Foie gras and truffles. If you feel intimidated by this high gastronomic tradition, you will come lunch in the week of good asparagus in balsamic vinegar, a juicy piece of beef with a pick, a plate of strawberries or a faisselle of white cheese to the cream of brown. Panorama, decoration, presentation, refined cheese and gourmet bouchées… everything is good taste in these places.

HORS DE PRIX. Certes le cadre avec vue sur Marne est superbe, mais cela NE VAUT CERTAINEMENT PAS CE PRIX. Spritz à 24€ (au champagne, aucune différence à part le prix), tous les desserts à 18€, plat au mini à 28€, maxi à 68 € ... Je cherche encore les étoiles du Michelin pour ce genre de tarif ... mais il n'en y a pas, et c'est normal. Le service est, hormis le patron, très léger et le discours approximatif.
La vue ne peut pas tout justifier : même au Jules Vernes, restau de la Tour Eiffel, tenu par Ducasse tout de même, avec une vue imbattable, vous payerez moins cher en comparaison ...

Très vieillot j'y étais allé il y a 10 ans et rien n'a changé.La cuisine est correcte mais pas originale.Seule la terrasse est sympa mais elle ne vaut pas le prix de l'addition.
Hello only the terrace is worth the trip setting is " vieux" the food is good, but is very expensive, the service is average their site announces prices that are majoré" exemple" the grosses gambasses reported €28 are charged 38euros, you can have plenty more pleasant and cheaper on the edge of the Marne,
