la tournée de fabrication du chocolat était fantastique
La visite (payante) commence par une description des fruits/épices locaux, puis décrit les différentes étapes de la fabrication du chocolat, du fruit à la barre. Il est également intéressant de voir les ouvriers à l'œuvre dans un environnement antiseptique pour produire les différentes qualités de chocolat. J'ai acheté le bar à 60% à la sortie et c'est très bien
