This small village in the heart of the rainforest is packed with establishments offering naturally heated sulfur water baths and mud baths. An ideal place to relax your muscles after a hike, or simply to recharge your batteries in a natural spa. The sulphurous water is said to have medicinal properties against rheumatism, but caution is advised for heart patients, as the water is very hot in places. Wotten Waven has a number of guesthouses, bars, snack bars and restaurants for after-swimming munchies.
