PALISADES RESTAURANT

This is the Fort Young Hotel's gourmet restaurant. The restaurant is located on the first floor. It features an air-conditioned dining room, as well as a pleasant panoramic terrace. A buffet of local dishes is served daily. The atmosphere becomes much more cosy for dinner each evening, with subdued lighting. The dishes on the evening menu are refined and well-chosen. A snack bar is located on the ground-floor patio. Brunch is served every Sunday morning from noon to 2.30pm.
