CENTRAL DE AUTOBUSES

This bus station is located just outside of town on Route 85 towards Xilitla. It will take you about 20 minutes by taxi to get there (about $50 a ride). The Omnibus de México, Turistar Lujo, Aunaves and Vencedor bus companies serve this station. There are frequent buses to Xilitla (84 km, 1h30), Río Verde (136 km, 2h) and San Luis Potosí (297 km, 4h). There are several departures per day to Mexico City (9 hours drive, the most comfortable bus is Turistar Ejecutivo).
