This is certainly not the best location for such a good restaurant, but the detour is worth it. In this cosy tropical setting, we serve the carpaccio tuna relevé, the Peruvian ceviche and various oyster preparations. For the record, we al petroleo: shrimp cooked in squid ink, red wine and fresh cream. Let us not forget the chacales, the shrimp of the rivers on the heights of the Sierra.
