The Musée du Vacherin Mont d'Or is located in the town of Charbonnières. As well as being a museum, it also has a store where you can buy mature vacherins and a selection of regional products such as Gruyère, alpine cheese, Tomme Vaudoise, goat's and sheep's cheeses, raclette, snails, honey, dry sausages and Vallée de Joux gentian. During the summer season, the store also offers wines and regional products, as well as a flea market.
