This restaurant is part of the very closed circle of the Swiss guild of gourmets and offers a varied map where the emphasis is placed on fresh products of the land. You will even be told the exact provenance! There is a real gastronomic tradition in this family and it feels like it. Specialties include regional dishes, but also flambés dishes such as Voronoff beef, or fish from the lake and risotti. A few rooms and two parking spaces.
