BILOXI LIGHTHOUSE

Built in 1848, with a height of 20 metres, the Phare lighthouse is a major landmark for boats, but also for visitors to the city. Still in service, it resisted more than 20 storms or hurricanes, even though major renovations were made between 2005 and 2009. Visits are possible some days of the week in connection with the Visitor Center opposite.
