This institution is the original establishment of the famous Dreamland BBQ chain, located in the southern United States. In 1958, Bishop John "Big Daddy" Bishop built the restaurant with his own hands and it quickly became a reference for BBQ lovers. For the past 50 years, we have served pork "à la façon des Carolines", that is, smoked and topped with a very vinegar-flavoured BBQ sauce.
