Chouette quartier de Tunis où l'on retrouve des maisons traditionnelles et des maisons hyper modernes construites par les riches Libyens qui ont fui leur pays.
L'église, qui fait face à la mosquée, a été reconvertie en bibliothèque. Une crèche de bonne renommée y est installée. La gentrification y est en marche, les expatriés et les riches Tunisois prenant de plus en plus de place.
