DISCOVERY OF THE MAGDELEINE MILLS

The hamlets of Brengon, Clou and Messelod (in the commune of La Magdeleine) are home to eight mills that follow the small stream that rises from the springs of Mount Tantané. Seven of them have been completely renovated, and three are still grinding the wheat that was once grown in the village. Today, these mills still retain their charm: the murmur of water and the sounds of nature surrounding them take us back to a bygone era.
