Cresta Churchill Hotel is located 7 km from downtown Bulawayo, on the Matopos Road. It is built with red bricks in a rather classical style. The reception and the service are very professional. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped. There is a swimming pool in the patio with some tables around to have a drink in the open air. The hotel's restaurant is decent, although the decoration is a bit austere, with its tables and chairs in dark solid wood. Like all Cresta Hotels in the country, it's a safe bet.

Loved the place, the staff and the food. The staff are super friendly and go above and beyond to make your stay the best it can be. The all you can eat buffer was a steal at $20 per head and consisted of some of the most delicious items I've ever put in my mouth. The shower was superb, the rooms have all types of plug sockets so I was able to charge my phone and use my hot air styler/ straighteners without the need of an adapter.

The hotel is located minutes from the town centre so is an ideal base. I truly can't rate the place highly enough, especially Charles who will go out of his way to assist you and always with the warmest smile on his face.
