The great cultural event that sets the capital ablaze, for the moment suspended.
Harare International Festival of the Arts was held every year in the Zimbabwean capital, to the delight of lovers of music, theater, dance, crafts from Zimbabwe and the world. Initiated by Manuel Bagorro, the first edition took place in 1999. For a few days, Harare was transformed into a giant stage, where international and national stars gave their performances in front of delighted crowds, who asked for more and more! Unfortunately, since the Covid epidemic, for financial reasons, it seems that HIFA has been suspended. Many hope that this great festival will set Harare ablaze again..
