SAM LEVY’S VILLAGE

This "village" is the commercial center of Harare, in the form of a London street. A crazy project of eccentric Zimbabwean Sam Levy, it consists of a pedestrian street lined with English-style houses that house a multitude of clean stores, as well as a movie theater and a few fast-food restaurants. The traveler won't find anything authentically Zimbabwean here, but the cluster of restaurants and stores can be helpful. A nice place to shop and stroll.
