Although the old Saint-Adrien abbey dating from the 18th century can no longer be visited, it is still possible to appreciate its beauty and solemnity by reserving a table at the restaurant which has taken up residence there. On the menu, the chef offers dishes based on excellent meat and fish dishes. Vegetarians can rest assured that the chef is also working on vegetarian alternatives and simpler recipes for children. The classic desserts, such as baba au rhum or Dame Blanche are just as successful. A great address!
