Located in Romette, just outside Gap at the foot of the Col de Manse, Gaec de la Belette is a local producer offering a variety of dairy products. Mathieu and Loïc Brochier, who carry on a 5-generation dairy farming tradition, offer faisselles, raw milk and plain or jammy artisanal yogurts. La Belette farm is open to the public and offers a warm welcome to visitors.
