This unique restaurant is housed in the superbly restored ruins of a former powder mill built in 1743 by the French. In an industrial-chic setting overlooking parkland and other relics, it offers a varied French-inspired bistro-style menu, specializing in premium-quality beef steaks with a choice of sauces and accompaniments. Not to be missed at weekends: The Distillery (superb adjoining rum bar) and Nest, a rooftop bar overlooking the ruins and a magnificent banyan grove.
