VENUS ROCK RESORT
It is an even bigger project than the Aphrodite Hills Resort, as it should cover 961 ha. In development since 2012, a party is expected to open in the summer of 2013. The Venus Rock Resort is built around the already existing Secret Valley golf course. Planned: a new 18-hole golf course extending the current 18-hole hole to the sea (36-hole in total), villas, apartments and houses with or without swimming pool (up to 3 000 buildings envisaged for rent and sale), a luxury hotel on the shore with access to the beach (Nikki Hotel Beach, a chain present in Saint-Tropez, in particular)), a port with 100 yachts, sports areas, restaurants, cafes, shops and a leisure centre for children. The area stretches from east of Kouklia to the north of the Secret Valley Golf Club and descends to the sea, with a separation at the A 6 motorway between the beach, the marina and the most luxurious villas and the rest of the valley side project. The name of the complex comes from the Roman version of the cult of Aphrodite, Venus, and the English rock has nothing to do with music, but with the "rock" of Aphrodite.
