Museum in Banff where the daylight illuminates the collections presenting the fauna of the Rockies like wolves, cougars...
One of the oldest museums in Western Canada, this wooden house, designed to ensure that daylight illuminates the collections, reflects all the fauna of the Rocky Mountains: wolves, cougar, bison, bighorn sheep, moose, etc. We learn to distinguish a grizzly bear from a black bear and enjoy imagining the life of Norman Bethune Sanson, the museum's curator at the beginning of the century, who climbed Sulphur Mountain every day to collect weather information.

Cadre joli. Et il ya aussi des anciens bassins qui servaient de thermes a l'epoque.
