Ideally located in the heart of the village, a free car park is just around the corner. This tourist office can provide detailed maps of the parks in the area. Learn about the many activities available: cycling, individually or with a guide, fishing on the Bow River, rafting, horseback riding and, for the more adventurous, golf and skiing in winter, as well as a helicopter tour of the area. The kiosk for the National Park is in the same building.

Les gardes Park Canada disent Hello, bonjour, mais ne parlent pas français surtout à LAKE LOUISE. Dommage pour nous. Brochures à disposition. Nous sommes arrivés à LAKE LOUISE le jour de la fête du Canada, surpopulation, queue, énormément de monde... A EVITER. Il fallait être au parking avant 7h30 pour être surs de trouver de la place et il y avait beaucoup de monde sur les sentiers.

The building of Visitor Center is well located and very easy to find in the centre of Banff with a large car park nearby.
But this world of morning of August 12th, 2015! Several lines to the bar. It is true that we are in high season.
Our interlocutor XXX which is unfortunately in this place (and this country) where the french people are numerous!
The contact is however friendly but less practical and full that if it had been in French.
Varied documents, but not feeling to have been able to get all the information we want especially compared to the language barrier.
