The mountain is located a few minutes from Banff, on the way to Canmore. This alpine resort opened in 1926. Not as popular as Sunshine Village or Lake Louise, Mount Norquay is different from the others in that it is more affordable and family friendly. Kids will love the slides. The snow trails dedicated to skiing and tubing will keep kids and adults busy all day long! In summer, you can enjoy the mountain on a breathtaking via ferrata along the cliffs.
