Heir of 4 generations of winegrowers in love with their land, Philippe Zinck runs his 14-hectare estate organically and biodynamically, especially on the plots of the Grands Crus Eichberg and Pfersigberg. His wines are regularly praised for their excellence by the best references in oenology. The Revue du Vin de France gave its Riesling Grand Cru Pfersigberg 2019 a score of 93/100. As for its Crémant Brut Rosé, it is as dapper as its label: its flavors of small red fruits are wonderful as an aperitif!
