Created in 1962, this family estate's vineyards cover 16 ha spread over 4 communes (Eguisheim, Wettolsheim, Herrlisheim and Rouffach) in 49 parcels. Some of these are located in the Grands Crus Eichberg, Pfersigberg and Vorbourg. Bernard and his son André manage their vines using the "lutte raisonnée" method. Pneumatic pressing, temperature-controlled stainless steel vats, century-old oak tuns: the Gruss family harmoniously combine modernity and tradition.
