Things to see and do Folldal

These mines were in operation until the 1970s. The museum was opened in 1989, visitors can go down into the bowels of the earth using the old small railway. The Wormshall, at the very bottom, has amazing acoustics. Back on the surface, in the open air, the Direksjonen is the former residence of the mine manager, transformed into a guest house for 14 people and a restaurant for up to 30 guests.
