Sanctuary with 3 chapels classified as Unesco heritage with a beautiful view
Very beautiful site classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site within the framework of the Sacri Monti. Set back from the lake, a Way of the Cross climbs on a hill where the sanctuary of the Santissima Trinità rises, from where there is a beautiful view. Three chapels line the path: the Chapel of the Coronation of Mary, the Chapel of Saint John the Baptist and the Chapel of Abraham, all decorated with frescoes and life-size painted terracotta sculptures. The whole dates from the end of the 17th century.
