Gabriel and Jessica Schuenemann opened this pleasant bistro with a desire to celebrate Northwestern cuisine, with an Italian touch. The ingredients are local and seasonal - for example, you can try the planked fish of the day (cooked over a wood fire) which varies according to the daily fishing. Finally, the pizzas delight the locals, who come to pick them up to take away or enjoy them on the spot, in the small warm room.
