PARISH CHURCH OF THE VIRGIN OF CARMEL

The first evidence of the presence of a chapel on the site dates back to the year 1296. The stone bell tower with twin windows is the only remaining element from that period. The present church dates back to 1884: built in the shape of a Latin cross and of large proportions, it is dedicated to the cult of Our Lady of Mount Carmel. The museum, near the parish church, presents the old sacred furniture and liturgical objects of the parish.
