On the road, in a building without great charm, there is no indication of the quality of this hotel-restaurant. Led by Enrique Martínez, a reference of local gastronomy, this establishment is the main attraction of Cintruénigo, and an economic engine for this small town. His cuisine, respectful of the products, is also full of inventiveness. Spacious and renovated with industrial accents, this restaurant is one of the best tables in the region. The hotel, more classical, puts on the comfort and tranquillity of its guests.
