Located 10 km east of Oiartzun, this 7,000-hectare nature park bears the imprint of ancestral times, since its granite massif first surfaced over 250 million years ago. Fossils of marine animals and dozens of megalithic monuments have also been discovered. The site is popular with hikers and picnickers alike. Dominated by Irumugarrieta (806 m), Txurrumurru (827 m) and Erroilbide (837 m), it is better known as the Three Crowns.
