The gourmet restaurant «La Rascasse», with its panoramic terrace, offers a resolutely Provencal cuisine with local, fresh and seasonal produce. Chef Laurent Bats works in particular for local fish, which are declined in bouillabaisse, burroam or simply grilled. Meat side, the map being renewed over the seasons, difficult to predict what will await you that day; Maybe a beef filet in truffle juice and port, a lamb to the swelling, a Iberian pig pluma? The wine list boasts a hundred areas, with a special emphasis on Côtes-de-Provence wines. A place that ultimately binds quality of product, a relaxed atmosphere, and passion for Provence.

Très belle proposition que ce Menu tout en saveur et en finesse.

Toujours très bien, mais samedi ,ce fut un moment magique, la météo étant au rendez vous, bien placés, serveurs attentifs mais pas pressants. Mets de choix et surtout que nous n'avons pas l'habitude de déguster. L'accord avec les vins conseillers était parfait.
