You enter a house with three dining rooms, chairs of different styles, paintings, a hushed atmosphere... Almost like the backstage area of a film studio. Il Papavero ("The Poppy") is an obligatory stop, if only for its Campanian gastronomic excellence. The cuisine of the young Fabio Pesticcio is defined as a combination of local produce and modern techniques. The products of Cilento and the Gulf of Salerno are worked with finesse and precision to create beautiful paintings on the plates.

I don't think this is worth a star. Food is just Ok, nothing special. Service must be improved, our experience was not good. The atmosphere is amazing though

Esperienza gourmet eccellente !
Location molto bella e particolare dove il tempo sembra si sia fermato .
Coccolati dal Maitre di sala Francesco che con dovizia di particolari ci ha accompagnato in questo percorso culinario di alto livello, abbiam trascorso un viaggio di 2h dove lo chef ha espresso la sua personalità , le sue idee , con piatti raffinati e delicati.

Un'esperienza culinaria da provare sicuramente, davvero particolari e ottimi due piatti soprattutto, a mio avviso, l'uovo cotto a 63 gradi e il primo "tutto colorato", un'esplosione di sapori.

Benedetta, Francesco e Francesca ci hanno accolti calorosamente, facendoci sentire davvero a casa. Gli chef Fabio e Omar hanno trasformato ogni piatto in un viaggio attraverso la loro cucina, i sapori e i profumi rimarranno indelebili nella nostra memoria. Questo non è solo un ristorante, ma un luogo magico dove la cucina si fonde con la cultura del proprietario, e ogni piatto viene presentato con l'arte raffinata di chi ama profondamente la cucina in tutte le sue sfumature. Senza dubbio, una tappa obbligata per gli amanti del buon cibo.
