At a time when nutritionists of all stripes are urging people to eat healthily in order to live better and longer, Justine's locavore initiative comes at just the right time! This young mother has teamed up with a dozen local producers (to be discovered on her Facebook page) to offer products from sustainable or organic agriculture. The concept behind Ô P'tit Marché de Justine is simple: sign up by e-mail to receive a weekly list of available products. You then place your order by telephone or e-mail before Sunday evening (8pm), for delivery between Wednesday and Friday. Depending on the season, Justine offers fruit and vegetables, meat, free-range poultry and charcuterie, a variety of dairy products and cheeses, eggs, jams and honey, as well as pasta and special flours. Composite baskets, cheese platters, gift baskets, raclette kits, all kinds of personalized orders are possible. Justine also runs a weekly market on Fridays from 4:30 to 6:30 pm and on Saturdays from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm at her charming wooden chalet in Dessenheim. ô P'tit Marché de Justine's slogan is "Kurz & Güat" (short circuit and good products)!
