MUSEO DE LA COLONIA MENNO

In the centre, next to the tourist office, the museum der kolonie menno presents with photos, maps and many explanations (in English, Spanish and German), the history of the Menno colony, its long journey by train, boat and cart, up to the settlement in the middle of the desert and the meeting with the Indians. It was inaugurated in 1977 on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the colony and is located on the site of the first administrative buildings of Loma Plata.
