CENTRO HISTÓRICO CULTURAL EDWING KRUG

In a beautiful house, a small museum exhibits objects (books, clocks, etc.) of the first inhabitants of Hohenau, descendants of German families who lived in Brazil, in the state of Mato Grosso, and who arrived by river from March 1900. Other German immigrants settled later, especially after the First World War. The centre also offers various cultural activities to the inhabitants (singing, dancing, language courses...).
