Part hotel, part guesthouse, Posada María is located 200 meters from the entrance to the ruins. Quiet and well-maintained, the posada has nine comfortable, recently renovated rooms with private bathrooms and air conditioning. María and her family, Paraguayans of German origin, are welcoming and will be happy to provide you with tourist information. The restaurant, open to the public, offers an excellent breakfast buffet with homemade products, and the lunch and dinner menus are well-stocked. Laundry service and parking lot. Good value for money.
