It's the country's first building dedicated solely to temporary rentals. Opening in 2019, it belongs to the Milord Group, which is behind the eponymous restaurant, the first boutique hotel in the south of the country (2011) and the M Residential Apart project, which will probably have been inaugurated during your stay. 25 Home offers modern, fully-equipped apartments, a swimming pool on the 12th floor and a superb view of the Paraná. The beach, the Sambodrome and Shopping Costanera are just a stone's throw away. A great option for spending a few days in the area.
