This artisan bakery and patisserie is renowned for its sourdough breads, gourmet croissants and creative sandwiches, made from wholesome products, without additives or preservatives. Present in Carmelitas and Recoleta, the Las Mercedes location is the most pleasant, with a terrace where you can enjoy pastries, cookies, vegan brownies or panettones. Oveja Negra's great specialty is the vitel toné sandwich, star of the festive season but served here all year round. The artistic decor features works by local artists such as the famous muralist Oz Montanía.
