Wine bar close to the Covered Market in Colmar.
A Gault & Millau toque for this establishment run for a decade by Nicolas Groell (a member of Chefs d'Alsace) and Noémie Mann. Don't forget to make a reservation if you want to eat here, as seating is limited. At lunchtime, you can choose from the menu of the day, the Marché menu or the Chef's menu. In the evening, it's a wine bar formula. You can choose from the à la carte menu to compose your dinner. As for children, they can enjoy a small piece of Black Angus beef and a homemade dessert, enough to instill in them a love of good things!

Un repas délicieux, qui vaut vraiment le coup. Bien que nous soyons dans un lieu touristique, nous avons été agréablement surpris par la qualité de la nourriture. La serveuse s'est dégelée après une courte conversation.
