You can opt for one of the three menus (day, season, Alsace) or draw as desired in the map, but one thing is sure: you won't stay on hunger! Foie-marinated duck gras, plain oysters of Clear No. 3, calf kidney, Paul Meistermann, copious Sauerkraut with 4 meats, Pinot noir pork Cheeks, flambées flambées, there really are for all tastes.
