This great establishment really didn't steal his name! Located next to the Collegiate Church of Saint-Martin, it is a bistro in the purest tradition of its kind: a meeting place for friends because the atmosphere there is frankly good-natured. As a bonus, there is room for everyone: a small table for two people as well as large tables for a group of friends, families or colleagues for a relaxed lunch break. On the plate, it is a succession of little gustatory pleasures: festival of mussels in casseroles, waltzes of flambéed pies, burgers and roast beef fries, queen bites and sauerkraut with five meats. Over the seasons, Le Bistrot des Copains offers ephemeral menus for Halloween, the arrival of the Beaujolais Nouveau, Christmas, New Year, Valentine's Day... Une fois de plus tjs la même serveuse antipathique ( le mot est faible ).
Ce restaurant devrait clairement penser à renouveler son personnel, soit le former socialement ,et si il s agit de la direction et bien ....
Dommage .
