Restaurant with terrace in a charming 16th century building offering Alsatian cuisine.
Housed in a mansion built in 1568 on the banks of the Lauch river, this typically Alsatian restaurant offers a romantic setting for couples, but is also suitable for families. In the kitchen, Alexandra Gross composes a perfect score of regional gastronomy: sauerkraut with 5 meats or 3 fish, braised knuckle of pork with mashed potatoes, nicely simmered baeckaoffa, not forgetting tarts flambées and a few vegetarian suggestions. Service is top-notch, and reservations are recommended, especially at Easter and during the Christmas market.

Nous avons dîner au caveau Saint Pierre lors d'un week-end des marchés de Noël... Nous envisageons de revenir à Colmar pour une visite en été cette fois-ci et nous savons déjà où nous réserverons... Le service parfait, un personnel agréable et très sympathique... Une cuisine de qualité, nous nous sommes régalés. La rapport qualité prix indiscutable
