A member of the Chefs Restaurateurs d'Alsace, Christophe Heck chose the name of his Colmar restaurant in a nod to his teenage years, when he used to visit "Ramloc", Colmar in slang! He will delight you with homemade specialties made with mostly local, seasonal produce: lobster sautéed in semi-salted butter, poultry supreme with almonds, bamboo shoots and black mushrooms, strawberry soup and milk flower ice cream... Uncluttered decor highlighted by exposed beams, excellent wine list, charming welcome and pleasant terrace.

Nous avons visité le marché de Noël bondé et avons vu de l'extérieur une table libre.
Bien que nous soyons entrés après 14h00, nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis.
On ne nous a pas montré de manière perceptible que ce joyau de restaurant fermait en fait à 15 heures le dimanche. Nous avons profité de cette expérience sans contrainte de temps et dans une ambiance soignée.
Un service très aimable et une cuisine excellente et créative.
