Restaurant with a brasserie spirit offering a menu based on copious recipes in Colmar.
Much appreciated by lovers of fine meats and offal, this restaurant cultivates a brasserie spirit upstairs (convivial high tables), while its basement conceals an intimate stone-lined cellar. There's something here for every taste, and the food is generous, either à la carte or according to the day's suggestions. As a guarantee of quality, the meats are supplied by Alsatian butchers Michel Herrscher and Jauss. The portions are more than copious, and the choice of wines from Alsace and elsewhere is sure to satisfy both novices and connoisseurs.

Le Strudel aux pommes était vraiment EXCELLENT ça faisait longtemps que j’avais pas mangé un dessert aussi bon je le conseille vivement.
Rien à dire sur le service :)
Seul point négatif: le prix du schaps était cher…
